Unless otherwise agreed to in advance and in writing, the following Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations.  Total charges incurred are billed to the client’s credit card unless invoice arrangements have been made and approved in advance or there is an existing corporate billing account.  Legacy Capital Group accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover credit cards.  Checks or cash may also be accepted, subjected to an authorized credit card guarantee and identity validation for security purposes.  Checks will be required to be received in advance in order to clear prior to date(s) services are rendered.  New and one-time clients will be required to present their card for imprinting.  Additional ID verification may also be necessary. 

 

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Legacy Limousine VI understands that cancellations are sometimes necessary and unavoidable.  Unless otherwise agreed to or provided in writing, the following applies: 

 

A non-refundable deposit will be required to hold all reservations. 

 

All cancellations are subject to penalties.  If a cancellation is made within 20 days of the service, even if the reservation was made on that date, the minimum order will be charged in full.  If a cancellation is made prior to 20 days before the service, a minimum fee of 50% of the total will be charged.  Cancellation policies are subject to change. 

 

There is a 50.00 minimum cancellation fee that will apply to all reservations made.

SPECIAL EVENTS & PEAK DEMAND RENTAL TIMES â€‹

 

Special events and peak demand periods both locally and in other markets may dictate premium pricing, higher hourly minimums and in some cases multi-day minimums, additional notice for changes and cancellations.  For peak demand rental times, Prom and Graduation Season, Holiday Season, all reservations are final.  No refunds will be made.   

 

ARRIVAL

Legacy Limousine VI and its chauffeurs always prepare in advance to avoid unnecessary delays in arrival time.  However road, traffic and weather conditions are often times beyond the reasonable control of the company and the chauffeur.  No refunds can be given as a result of late arrivals due to such conditions or other occurrences out of the reasonable control of the company or chauffeur. 

 

Complete pick-up instructions, to include chauffeur's mobile number, will be shared, via email and text message, 24 hours before scheduled pick-up.  In addition, our chauffeur will contact you one hour prior to and upon arrival at the designated pick-up location.  A customer’s failure to show up at the designated pick-up location will be charged a “No Show” fee for the entire amount of the tour.  If a party cannot locate the chauffeur, you must notify us by phone to avoid the “No Show” charge. 

 

Chauffeurs are not authorized to exceed the number of passengers stated on your contract.  Doing so will result in violations of company policy, local law and insurance guidelines. 

 

Refunds may take up to 14 days to process, per accounting parameters. 

 

RATES/FEES

Rates are subject to availability and may change without notice prior to making the reservation due to, but not limited to, holidays, special events, gas prices and extreme weather conditions. Rates will not change once the reservation has been made.  Legacy Limousine VI Party Bus also reserves the right to deny services to anyone.

PASSENGER CONDUCT â€‹

 

Legacy Limousine VI reserves the right to refuse to transport to any passenger/party.  Legacy Limousine VI also reserves the right to refuse transport to persons under the influence of or in possession of illegal drugs, as well as those excessively intoxicated, in the possession of firearms or dangerous substances of any kind, or who are, or are likely to become objectionable to other persons or if the chauffeur feels threatened in any way.  Under no circumstances are minors allowed to consume or possess alcohol or illegal substances while in a company vehicle.  Client shall not interfere with the chauffeur in the discharge of his/her duty or tamper with any apparatus or appliance on the vehicle.  In such instances, services will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be offered.

EXCESS CLEANING & DAMAGE â€‹

 

If, during or after the transportation service, the company is required to expend an extended amount of time and material to clean the vehicle due to acts of the client or any passenger (i.e., spilling food & drinks, vomiting or other bodily excrement, prohibited smoking, excessive trash) , the company, at its discretion, will charge client additional fees to cover such expense.  Damage to the vehicle in any way caused by actions of the client or any passenger will be charged in full to the client.  The minimum clean up fee is $250.

SMOKING STRICTLY PROHIBITED â€‹

 

Smoking in all vehicles is strictly prohibited.  Smoking in the vehicle by the client or any passenger will result in an automatic minimum $250 charge.  Damage caused by smoking activity will also be charged to the client at a charge of $100 per burn incident. 

 

Overtime will apply after the first 30 minutes of prearranged time describe on the run sheet. 

 

PERSONAL ITEMS â€‹

 

Legacy Limousine VI Party Bus is not responsible for articles left in vehicles.  Legacy Limousine VI does not assume any responsibility for any lost or damaged property during the use of our vehicles. It is the customer's responsibility to check the bus for all personal items prior to departure for personal items.  Inspection of the vehicle will occur after each tour. Should personal items be found, every attempt will be made to return the item to the number on file.  Should attempts to contact via number on file be unsuccessful, an email will be sent and items will be held at headquarters for pick-up.

CARD HOLDER AUTHORIZATION â€‹

 

By submitting this form I, the above-named authorized credit card holder, give your transportation company express authorization to charge my credit card. I understand that this form constitutes a legally binding contract and that by affixing my signature to this form, I will be held responsible for all agreed upon charges as well as any and all collection and legal fees. This credit card is authorized for charges outlined on estimate and any additional charge required to finish the accepted job. By signing this "Credit Card Authorization" form, I/my organization acknowledge receipt and understanding of its contents, including all terms.  

 
If paid by credit card a customer must fill out an authorization form and submit a copy of the credit card and license, if balance paid by credit card customer must call our office 7 day before the service to authorize the transaction. If customer cancels service 7 days before contract date, customer is liable for the full amount on the agreement. If customers act inappropriately Legacy Limousine VI Party Bus reserves the right to cancel the job and drop off all passengers in the party in a safe, public place and no money will be refunded.

PROTECTION WAIVER​ & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

 

All passengers associated with your party is required to sign a protection waiver prior to boarding the bus.  The waiver does not hold Legacy Limousine VI responsible for your party's negligence aboard the bus.  Sign the waiver here.
