Q: What is a party bus?

A: A vehicle which is similar to the layout and features of a limo bus at half the price. Adult beverages are allowed on the bus once everyone is at least 18 years of age or older. 

 

Q: What would a typical itinerary look like?

A: It's up to you and your party. Arrangements are to be made by your group. 

 

Q: What is Legacy's round trip service?

A: Pick up at one location, (bus is required to leave within 15 minutes of designated pickup time), drop off at one location.

Q: Where can the bus go?

A: Our bus have varying distance restrictions. Please inquire regarding your requirements.

 

Q: How can the bus be used for? 

A: The bus can be used as you like.

Q: Can the bus be reserved on Holidays like New Years Eve and Forth of July?

A: Yes; however, holidays have a 4-hour minimum requirement.

 

Q: What if the bus is late?

A: Legacy makes every effort to be on time. Sometimes due to traffic and other circumstances not in our control, the bus could be slightly late. Your time will be extended to compensate for the time lost.

 

Q: Does Legacy provide music aboard the bus?

A: The bus is equipped with an audio port and Bluetooth technology, which your group can use to connect a mobile device to play your preference of music.  It is highly recommended that you hire a DJ for requests over 2 hours. 

 

Q: Is a deposit required to secure the bus?

A: Yes, a 50% deposit is required to guarantee the bus. The balance is due upon arrival of the bus.  Legacy accepts cash, PayPal and major credit cards.

Q: Is gratuity included in the rate? 

A: 20 % gratuity is added to the hourly rate. Don’t hesitate to reward your driver for exceptional service above and beyond the 20% gratuity.

 

Q: When does the hourly rate begin? 

A: The hourly rate begins upon arrival at pick up point, not departure of pick up point.

 

Q: Is there a minimum amount of time required to use the bus? 

A: Our minimum requirement is 2 hours for Monday through Thursday; 3 hours for Friday through Sunday.

 

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Cancellations by Legacy are non-refundable.  Weather-related (rain, etc.) cancellations are normally credited to use at a later date.

Q: Can alcohol be brought on the bus?

A: Yes.

 

Q: Is there an age requirement to board the bus?

A: Yes, if there is alcohol on-board the bus, everyone must be at least 18 years of age. You will be required to show proof of your age prior to boarding the bus. If there is no alcohol on-board the bus, there is no age requirement. 

 

Q: What if underage persons are discovered drinking alcohol aboard the bus?

A: The ride will be immediately terminated, no refund will be issued.

 

Q: Is smoking allowed aboard the bus?

A: No.

 

Q: Who is responsible for damages to the bus?

A: The person that rents the bus is responsible for any cost to repair the damage.

 

Q: Can special requests be made such as meals, exotic entertainment, and decorations?

A: Yes, you have the flexibility to personalize the bus and coordinate your event the way you choose.  These requests will not be fulfilled by our staff.
